About the Example Files

Sound examples for the Lemur documentation are provided as 22 kHz 16 bit mono AIFF files.

The Lemur analysis files used to make the sound examples are avaiable in Lemur Pro 4.0.1 format (Lemur file format number 4001). If you want to examine these files, you will need a copy of Lemur Pro 4.0.1 (or a later version), which is available here. The analysis files are compressed into self-extracting archives and binhexed.

Network Too Slow?

If your network connection is too slow, or too costly for a leisurely viewing of the Lemur documentation, click here to download a tar archive of the Lemur documentation directory. Some links (all links outside of the Lemur directory) will be broken, and sound examples are not included, but the documentation itself is intact. You should periodically check for new archived documentation. The tar file will be kept up to date, with the online document.

lemurDoc.tar was last updated 30 December 1997.
